Lucy has worked within the conveyancing department since October 2004 and since joining has progressed to become Head of Post Completions within the Residential Conveyancing Department.   Lucy works closely with the fee earners in the department and deals with all matters following completion to ensure they are registered correctly and efficiently, ensuring any timeframes are met.  Her role, to name a few, includes filing the Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns, dealing with the registration formalities at the Land Registry and dealing with incoming post and requisitions.
When Lucy is not working she can often be found in her garden growing her own vegetables or enjoying some exercise and keeping fit.
Lucy is an approachable, enthusiastic and highly motivated member of staff who enjoys the benefits of working within a close and supportive department.
