Welcome Simon!

Simon has joined our Commercial Litigation Department as a Paralegal.

After attaining his Master of Laws from University of South Wales in 2021, Simon worked in Personal Injury and Credit Hire Litigation dealing with misrepresentation and exaggerated claims. He then went onto doing a brief tenure in Residential Conveyancing before joining Harding Evans.

Simon commented on the reason for joining HE as “After working in various different firms over the year, I wanted to work somewhere where the instructions were varied and where client facing was at the forefront, I had not done much private client work previously, with the majority of my work being Bulk Claims work or work provided by a referrer. Harding Evans seemed like a great opportunity to work for people directly and to provide those legals services in the area where I have lived for my entire life.”

Ben Jenkins, Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation added: “I am very pleased to welcome Simon as a paralegal in our very successful and growing Commercial Litigation team. Simon has a good, broad range of experience in litigation which will no doubt be invaluable to our team in the future.

Simon spends his spare time playing video games and painting especially Warhammer, he even plays it at a competitive level!
