Clinical Negligence

Inside Harding Evans

Welcome back Catherine!

We're delighted to welcome Catherine Millington back to Team HE!

Catherine graduated from London Southbank University with First Class Honours in Law before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Cardiff University. Catherine initially joined Harding Evans as a Paralegal in 2018 and went on to successfully complete her training contract with us, gaining experience in Clinical Negligence, Dental and Inquests along the way. Catherine Qualified as a Solicitor in December 2020.

Over the past four years, Catherine has gained a vast amount of experience in medical negligence matters. She rejoins Harding Evans as an Associate Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, after just over 18 months away.

Speaking on why she chose to come back to Harding Evans, Catherine said “I am so happy to be rejoining one of the most established clinical negligence practices in Wales and excited to be part of a team that puts the client’s needs at the heart of everything we do. I know already how supportive the team are and how hard they have worked to foster an environment where, through collaborative working, everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. It’s great to be back”.

Lauren Watkins, a Partner in the Clinical Negligence team, added “We are thrilled to welcome Catherine back to Harding Evans, it feels like she has never been away! Catherine has a wealth of Clinical Negligence experience, having been a Paralegal with us before commencing her training contact and then qualifying into the team. Catherine is an extremely talented Solicitor, is empathetic with Clients, with an effervescent personality and is an asset to HE. Welcome back Cat!”

In her spare time, Catherine loves to cook and experiment with new recipes. She is also very active and loves spending time outdoors; be it cycling (Catherine recently took part in Carten 2024, cycling from Cardiff to Tenby and raising over £700 for Sarcoma in the process), or exploring new places with her miniature schnauzer, Richard.

Welcome back Cat, it’s great to have you back with Team HE!
